Group Training
From a small team to numerous coordinators from across multiple venues, Jo will deliver a fun and interactive workshop that is relevant to both the brand and client-base.
Staff will achieve a knowledge of wedding etiquette and modern traditions, along with an understanding of the expectations of today’s customer. Jo will also enhance their professional and social skills, equipping them with confidence when meeting and greeting clients, as well as giving expert tips on managing the trickiest mother and the fiercest bridezilla.
